What do I have to do if my credit card expires?
If your credit card expires, the system will automatically send you an email to let you know that your payment has failed.
If you can still log in, follow the instructions below.
If you get a “Access to this membership area is not allowed. Please go to “Membership information page” to renew or add subscription” message, go to the Membership Information page, and order another subscription. If you don’t have a PayPal Account, use the Authorize.AIM payment method. When you click the “Order” button, you will be taken to another screen where you’ll be able to update your credit card information.
How To Update Your Credit Card Info
- 1.) Log in with your username and password to the main page DayTradingRadio.com
- 2.) Click on the “Account Info” link located under your Name.
- 3.) This is your account information page, which includes your payment/membership history on the left hand side. On the right you will find an Add/Renew Subscription section.
- 4.) Select the membership type and payment method and click Order.
This will start you on a new subscription with your new card without having to sign up again.
