The Live Trade Alert Box is located to the right of the video screen after you log in as a member.
Why doesn’t the Live Trade Alert Box automatically update?
If your Live Trade Alert Box isn’t updating, scroll your mouse over the box. It should update.
How do I know when a new message is added to the Live Trade Alert Box?
There should be a popping noise that sounds as a new message comes through.
Where Is the Members Chatroom?
May 11, 2009
To get to the members chatroom, log in with your username and password. You will then see the “Chatroom” link located above the Video player.
You will have an option to view the chatroom using Java (graphic layout), Flash (mainly text and easier on your computer), and HTML (a way around your works network firewall). All work very well.
