Getting the Shoutcast application on your IPhone is really simple:
- Simply find your App Store Icon on your home screen, click on it.
- TypeShoutcast into the search-bar.
- Hit enter.
- Click on SHOUTcast Radio AOL.
- Click Install.
- After it is installed, Click on the Shoutcast Icon on the home screen.
- Search for Day Trading Radio.
- Click on Day Trading Radio.
- Enjoy.

Below are outlined what is needed for different types of questions to support, please keep these in mind when sending emails to support, to help everyone involved.
- Questions Regarding Payment
Be sure to include your email address linked to your account, your login name and a clear statement about what your issue is. Please put Payment Issue as the email heading.
- Questions Regarding Tech
When sending a question regarding technical issues, please be sure to include, what browser you are using Ex: IE7 (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox…etc.). The system you are running, Ex: Vista, Mac,etc. Please state clearly what the problem is and if you could include screen shots of the issue it would be greatly apprechiated. Please put Technical Issue as the email heading.

What Do I Do If I Am A Member and I Am Not Getting My Alerts?

When you are not receiving your alerts check your Spam Folder. Sometimes, they get automatically filtered.
If you do not see them in your Spam folder, you should email Brian at dtrs@daytradingradio.com and let him know you’re not receiving the emails.
